1. About EstateMakers Academy

EstateMakers Academy is an online and offline training platform for MahaRERA Certificate of Competency (COC) exam preparation, mock tests, revision notes, and real estate professional development in Maharashtra, India.

2. Eligibility

By registering on our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into agreements under Indian law.

3. Services

• MahaRERA COC Training Courses (Online & Offline batches)
• Mock Test Packages with revision notes
• Exam application guidance
• Certificate of Competency issuance after training completion

4. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed via UPI.
• Payment confirmation is manual — admin verifies UTR within 2 hours.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Access is granted only after payment verification.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal information during registration.
• Do not share your account credentials with others.
• Do not reproduce, distribute, or share course content.
• Respect other students and trainers during sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, mock test questions, revision notes, and platform content are the intellectual property of EstateMakers Academy. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

EstateMakers Academy provides exam preparation services only. We do not guarantee exam results or MahaRERA registration outcomes. Passing the exam depends on individual effort and preparation.
