Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All fees paid to EstateMakers Academy are non-refundable once payment has been verified and access has been granted. This applies to all products including training courses and mock test packages.

2. Training Courses (COC)

Batch Change Allowed

  • If you are unable to attend your enrolled batch, you may request a batch transfer to a different upcoming batch.
  • Batch change requests must be made at least 2 days before the batch start date.
  • Maximum 1 batch change allowed per enrollment.
  • No additional charges for batch change (subject to seat availability).

3. Mock Test Package

  • Non-refundable once activated.
  • Package validity is as stated at time of purchase.
  • Unused tests within validity period cannot be refunded or extended.

4. Failed Payments

If your payment was debited but not reflected in your account, contact us with your UTR number within 24 hours. We will verify and resolve within 2 working hours.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In case of platform-side errors (duplicate charges, wrong batch enrollment), we will process a full refund or credit within 7 working days.
