Quick Start
Go to reraacademy.estatemakers.in → Click "Mock Test" → Follow the steps below.
Buy the Mock Test Package
Login to your account on the dashboard.
Find the "Mock Test Package" card showing ₹750.
Click "Buy Now – ₹750".
A QR code will appear. Open any UPI app on your phone:
- Google Pay (GPay)
- PhonePe
- Paytm
- BHIM
Scan the QR code → Enter ₹750 → Pay.
After payment, take a screenshot of the success message.
WhatsApp the screenshot to +91 98923 57558 along with your registered mobile number.
You'll see a "Pending Approval" message on your dashboard.
For faster approval, call +91 98923 57558.
Once approved, your dashboard will show the Mock Test Package as active. You can now start taking tests.

Study Using Revision Notes
Before taking mock tests, revise each chapter. This is the smartest way to score well in the actual exam.
From your Dashboard, click the "Revision" tab.
All 12 chapters will be listed. Click any chapter to start.
Each chapter contains:
- Main content — concepts explained simply
- Examples — real-world scenarios
- Quick Revision Q&A — 30 questions per chapter for fast review
- Key takeaways — important points to remember
Switch between English and मराठी anytime using the language toggle at the top of each chapter.
Click "Expand All" to read everything, or click each section to expand individually.
💡 Tip
Recommended order: Start with Chapter 1 → finish all sections → take Quick Revision Q&A → then move to Chapter 2.
Take a Mock Test on Your Computer
This is where you practice exactly like the real MahaRERA COC exam — same format, same timing.
Before You Start
- ✓Use a laptop or desktop (not mobile — same as real exam at TCS iON)
- ✓Stable internet connection (WiFi or wired)
- ✓Quiet room — 60 minutes uninterrupted
- ✓Close other tabs and apps
- ✗No paper, calculator, or notes (real exam doesn't allow them either)
Starting the Test
Login → Dashboard → Click "Mock Test" tab.
Click the "Start Mock Test" button.
A confirmation appears: "You will get 50 questions in 60 minutes. Once started, the timer cannot be paused." Click Yes.
The exam screen opens. You'll see:
- Question (top of screen) — in English and Marathi
- 4 options (A, B, C, D)
- Timer (top right) — counting down from 60:00
- Question palette (right side) — all 50 question numbers
- Navigation buttons (bottom): Previous, Mark for Review, Save & Next
How to Answer Questions
Read both English and Marathi versions of the question.
Click on your chosen answer (A, B, C, or D) — it will highlight.
Click "Save & Next" to confirm and move to the next question.
If unsure, click "Mark for Review" — you can come back to it later.
To go back, click "Previous" or click any number in the question palette.

💡 Tip
Strategy: Answer easy questions first. Mark difficult ones for review. Come back to yellow ones when 10 minutes are left.
Submitting the Test
Option 1 — Time runs out
Test auto-submits when timer hits 00:00.
Option 2 — You finish early
- Click "Submit Test" button (bottom of screen)
- A summary appears: Answered, Not answered, Marked for review
- Click "Yes, Submit" to confirm
⚠️ Important
Once submitted, you cannot change answers. Be sure before clicking.
View Your Results
After submission, the Results page opens automatically. You'll see:
- Marks: X / 100 — Total score (each correct answer = 2 marks)
- Percentage — e.g., 74%
- Pass / Fail status — Pass at 40 marks (40%)
- Correct answers count — Out of 50
- Time taken — How long you took
- Question-by-question review — See what you got right or wrong with correct answers
💡 Tip
Use the review section to identify which chapters you scored low in. Then revise those chapters again.
Take More Tests — Recommended Schedule
Your Mock Test Package gives you unlimited mock tests until your COC exam. Take as many as you want.
